Standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours from our manufacturing unit. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once dispatched.

Yes. After logging in, you can view all past and current orders with real-time status updates from your dashboard. You can also download invoices and packing lists directly.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept NEFT / RTGS bank transfers, UPI payments and cheques (subject to clearance). Credit terms may be extended to verified long-term dealers based on order history and agreement with our finance team.
